This feauture is available in Plain Tracker Pro.

The custom branding option allows you to specify your own title for the time tracking plugin page as well as the main menu label in the admin area.

Default application title

The free version of the plugin adds Plain Tracker menu item to the main administration menu of WordPress as well as a promotional page about the premium add-ons.

Custom application title

The custom branding add-on provides a configuration form to adjust the plugin's main title.

Go to Plain Tracker > Settings > Branding.

Enter your own time tracking application title.

This new setting will affect the application title used within the plugin navigation as well as the main menu item in WordPress admin control panel.
